CACIQUE MINING INC. (GEGI) ACQUIRES ANOTHER COLOMBIAN CLAIM

Cacique Mining. Inc. (GEGI) announces it has acquired yet another claim through HdeC. The claim through the Department of Magdalena Municipality of Sevilla is referenced as claim ILV-09-301-Z1. On site testing has verified the main vein, with high levels of sulphides. Juan David Perez Schile, CEO, comments, “ Based on the initial testing I feel comfortable stating that production should be between twenty and thirty grams per ton. With a vein that is between four to six feet wide, and a subvertical dip, we believe this will be very favorable for exploitation.” The company expects to receive final geology report some time next week.

Sevilla area:

In the Department of Magdalena Municipality of Sevilla the claim ILV-09-301-Z1 was offered to HdeC. In the field revision of the area the occurrence of a vein was verified; the metal content of sulphides was exceptionally high; which are the minerals that contain the gold. The grades that are reported are in the range of 20 to 30 grams. the vein was sampled to verify the gold content and reports will be received next week. The with of the vein varies from 4 to 6 feet with a sub vertical dip, which is a very favorable geometry for exploitation. There is road to the mine wich is 5 kilometers from a four lane road that communicates the capital Bogotá with the main port in the Atlantic named Barranquilla.

Rio Frio Area:

Ten kilometers north of the Sevilla area following the roar that leads to Barranquilla, the road crosses the river called Ró Frío. To the west of the road a claim has been asked for. The claim is on alluvial gravels with a high gold content. The gravels can be sold as aggregate for construction at a premium, given that they are quite scarce in this area. The drainage comes from a nearby hill that has several informal mining operations that are hosted by a porphyry that contains disseminated gold, which are one of the largest known gold deposits. This area has also been applied for a concession.
