First, I'd like to thank you for your continued support.  The past several years have been challenging for GEGI .  As challenging as they have been the future looks as bright.  As you know the former CEO, M. Thomas Makmann, has passed away and I have taken the position of CFO and I have appointed Juan David Perez Schile as the new CEO.  We have moved the move the mining projects from  QED Connect to GEGI. 

I'd like to communicate as much as possible with our shareholders as we move forward.
