Dear TraciMr. Brad Hughes has submitted a document tying to involve a company that is located in Medellin Colombia to this case. This court has no jurisdiction in Colombia South America. It is very evident that Mr. Hughes wants to transfer jurisdiction and this case should be moved to Medellin Colombia. I will be requesting my Colombia Lawyer to request this court to allow this case to be moved to Medellin Colombia or to a court in Nevada where GEGI the company that he sued is located. I believe this court wants to get this case out of the docket and moving this case to either Nevada or Medellin Colombia is the best solution.
