GMS and Nestle agree on language for NDA

Nestle's lawyers have agreed on the language for the Non-disclosure agreement between GMS and Nestle.

Nestle is planning a more technical visit for February 14, 2020 in Medellin after the NDA is signed.

GMS is the only company in the world with the technology to make snacks, powder, milk and infusion with a natural good flavor and guaranty without any Staphylococcus enterotoxin. In 2015 the FDA recall all the sacha inchi powder for contamination with Staphylococcus enterotoxin
